Monthly calendar - custom colors?

I'm pretty obsessed with my monthly calendars, I have been generating a new one sometimes multiple times a day to see the new bars and covers get added as I add journal entries. I can't wait to share my August one once the month is over!

I know that a ton of work went into the color picking algorithm but with the number of books that I read concurrently, it can be hard to distinguish which book is which. The first calendar I generated after this launched (July, see first pic), I had read a lot of books that had covers with similar color schemes, so it ended up looking like all the progress bars were very similar shades of grays/dark teal/khaki. I jokingly said to myself that I better read more vibrantly colored books in the future. But, I was just looking at one of my older month calendars and was surprised that some of the covers that I thought would have been a bright color also seemed to be more muted than I would have expected (February, see second pic, I circled the ones that surprised me. Sorrowland is in there even though it's a bright green because I would have expected that color to be bright purple since the green is a much smaller section of the cover).

I don't know how possible this would be in a V2 or V3 since it's a generated image rather than an interactive chart, but I would love the ability to customize the colors associated with each book. I'd love for Bunny in the Feb calendar to be that neon pink, but for July with all of the mostly gray Wicked + Divine covers to be able to just pick a few random colors so that they are easily distinguishable in the image.

Still extremely happy with the chart in the meantime though, all of the wrapup graphics in general have eliminated nearly all of the screenshotting that I used to do every month when I share my reading round-ups!! (The only remaining screenshots are just if my custom charts have anything interesting to say 😄)

I see a future where you can choose/customise the colours for books! My colour picking tool will also improve.
