Is it possible to add more moods to choose from when reviewing a book? (e.g. the question "This book would be for someone who is in the mood for something:")

Is it possible to add more moods to choose from when reviewing a book? (e.g. the question "This book would be for someone who is in the mood for something:")
Or modify what moods get used? Theres a lot of mood phrases that I would never personally used that are set as the standard... it really throws me off
e.g. "romantic" "weird/quirky"
