I've just been searching the Roadmap for "DNF" and there are a lot of really excellent feature enhancement requests related to sorting and analysing DNFs. At the moment, unless I'm missing something, the only way to even see WHEN we DNFd a book is by clicking on the "edit review" icon.

14 weeks into 2022, I'm at 129 read and ~40 DNF, so I'm very much looking forward to this important part of the reading experience getting the TSG touch.
