Multiple to read list in order easily access different kinds of books you may want to read. For example I would like to compile a list specific to books related to my work and not have to sort my entire to read list to find them.

Have you made use of our custom tags feature? Then you can use the filter menu on the To-Read page to only look at books from a certain tag, or just go to that tag page itself and browse/search/filter from there.
