It would be great if all books with format:audio were "expected" to have at least one contributor of the "narrator" type. What I mean by that is: a way for non-librarian users to add a narrator if a book has none, the same way they can add missing page counts, hours, etc.

We have a lot of audiobooks missing narrators and this could encourage people to help improve that metadata.
