On the book specific reading journals the notes don't take the full width of the screen.

I assume it's like this because it uses the same layout as the regular reading journal where there is a book cover that takes up space next to the note.

However, on small screen sizes especially, the notes can become very long, very quickly when they only take op 3/4 of the width. It would be nice (and look neater) to have the notes take up the full width when the space is available.
