Option to remove count from the TBR on home page

This is either new or I only just noticed it. On the landing page, the to read pile now seems to display the total count. I honestly find looking at that every time I open the app overwhelming and anxiety-inducing. Is there a way to remove that parenthetical number from the home page?

I love seeing the total number when I open the app so I would agree if it's a function able to be toggled on/off in settings

To be clear, I have no problem with the total count being available. I would look for it on occasion. But seeing it all the time, whenever I use the app feels overwhelming. So the option to remove it would be nice.
