Ratings and reviews are so varied, and often depend on if someone likes that type of book. Once you've got the feature for finding users that are similar to us, could you extend that to prioritise their reviews (and maybe even ratings?) at the top of the review list? I could trust a review/rating from someone who likes the same type of books as I do, more than the "general populous".
