I wish that if I have multiple editions of the same book that the other editions other than the one I track my reading on are marked as read when one is marked as read. This is specifically a pain point when it comes to owned book stats, because my unread percentage will be skewed if I own multiple editions of a book but haven't tracked reading against all of them.

For example, if I get a shelf trophy after reading the digital edition, and I mark the hard copy as owned, that it is considered read in my owned books stats.
