Reading challenge issue with book editions

It's a little bit of a hassle trying to add the correct edition of a book to a reading challenge. For example if I change my edition or correct it, the reading challenge has another edition even though I want the one I've read/want to read. I wish there was an option at least to have each book be counted as one regardless of edition version for reading challenges. Does that make sense?

Nadia This is basically the same as [the editions issue I'm having with To Read] (https://roadmap.thestorygraph.com/requests-ideas/posts/to-read-accepts-any-edition-as-read) -- when I add a book to my To Reads list or a Reading Challenge, I don't necessarily read the same edition, and then they end up out of sync. I care about editions when I'm tracking pages/minutes, but not when I'm just tracking titles to read or satisfy a reading challenge.

Yes, this was a conscious decision given how reading challenges were set up from day 1, but we have had a handful of people complain about this before, so perhaps we do need to change it!
