I saw that a friend of mine read a book I am currently reading, so I went to her profile and searched her read books for the title, but nothing turned up.

When I asked her about it we found out that she had read a translation of the book, while I was searching for the English title.
The search didn't include all editions of the book, so my search turned up nothing, even though she had added the book to her account - just the translated edition.

As a reader who wants to talk to their friends about books, I don't really care which edition/translation they read, but I am interested to find books I can talk about to them.

Is there any way the search could be optimized to search all edition titles of a book?
