I would like to jump on this and second the idea! I want to be able to recommend this to my friend within the App so it gets added to her TBR with an additional tag or label like "Recommended by aftereliza".

I was actually envisioning something WITHIN StoryGraph, but an email would also work in the interim. But I was thinking it would be a button on a book page like "recommend this book to a friend" and the friend would get a message like "bookographic thinks you might like this book"

Hey bookographic! We definitely want to improve the way links are shared and the way they show up on platforms like Twitter, so this could definitely fall under that! :-)

Are you thinking sending via email or some sort of Messenger app?
