I only ever read one book at a time. So for me, there's a massive blank space underneath my current reads section on the homepage, as the rest of that column is blank.

My suggestion is, when there's only one current read, display books from the 'up next' section of the TBR pile. That way I easily see what I'm reading and what I've got to read next. If someone does have a bunch of current reads, just don't display the up next titles.
