Sort books on challenge prompt pages by relevance

Some challenges get a lot of irrelevant or "creative" books added to prompts by users. It would be nice if the most relevant books could rise to the top of the list somehow. Maybe an "upvote for relevance" mechanic, or sorting by number of users who have added it to the prompt.
