It would be really great if I could add a short description for tags. Like where you can edit the tag and add an alternate 'Title' I'd love to be able to add a short subtitle/description.

This would be helpful because I often use tags when doing challenges or reading sprints and it would be nice to be able to jot down an explanation of the challenge, a link to the creator of the challenge, or even just a short description when my tag is a little non-descriptive.
