Currently, when viewing or comparing stats for tags, you see the stats for all-time. I would like to be able to see just the stats for a given year.

That would allow:

• Viewing the stats for a tag for a year
• Comparing the stats for a given tag between two years
• Comparing the stats between two tags for a given year
