Yes!! I do this manually in a spreadsheet and would love it as a storygraph feature.
To add to this: it would be nice if we could choose to either display this as pages per day (which would work best for physical books), percent per day (for digital editions of books, but could also work for physical or audiobooks), and minutes/hours per day (for audiobooks).
