I have a ton of books on my TBR and I would love to be able to see forgotten matches at the top of the list when I'm using the main search bar. For example -- searching "garden" would bring up the generic search results that mention the word garden, but would simultaneously search your to-read list for "garden" in the background. If there were any hits in the TBR search, a message/button would pop up above the generic results offering to bring you to those results. (maybe something like "6 books you've marked as to-read might be a good fit")
