Tie tags to a specific reading

When I re-read a book, I'd love to be able to tie tags specifically to that time reading it. For example, I like to tag where I sourced a book. Maybe the first time I got it from the library, but then I bought a copy before reading it a second time. I think it would be great to be able to have the tags be accurate to each time I read the book.

I would love this. I want to tag a book that I annotated so that at the end of the year I can see how many there were. But if I reread that book it still has that tag so I either need to add a new book that isn't tagged, messing up my "owned book library", have it be marked annotated even though I didn't do it, or remove the tag and have it mess up my graphs from previous years.
