Use previously read books to complete prompts

Sometimes I do not wish to re-read books that are part of a reading challenge and I've already read before. If a book is marked as "read", we should be able to use it to complete a prompt (maybe manually, so that the people who wish to re-read can still do so).

Hi Rita! You can do this for reading challenges that don't have a date range — just add the book to the prompt and your progress will logged — but for reading challenges that do have a date range, part of the challenge portion is having to read x number of books during the specified time period.
Are you talking about challenges where there are no other books to pick up for prompts than books that you've already read?
