Pages goal percentage rounds up to 100%

I have a pages goal of 8,000 pages and am at 7,966 pages, but it already shows 100% when I’d expect it to still be at 99%. Presumably this is because it’s rounding up starting at 99.5%.
My expected behaviour here would be to always round down, so I only see x% when I’ve actually read at least x% of my goal, not at least (x-0.5)%.

100% will only show for the pages, reading, or hours goal if the goal is actually reached, and not a moment before!

Hello! This has been reported before but I couldn't find the prior post (and I've fixed it on the Reading Goal already I believe). I need to fix it for sure. Sorry for the premature completion!
