I and my friends are missing the opportunity to see each other’s reading progress in the community tab and to comment. I personally would like the option to still hide certain updates like «[Friend] is on page 133 of [Book]» when there is no note attached, but perhaps a good solution could be to share an update with friends/followers from the book progress page? So it’s not automatic, but you can choose to share a note, and choose to allow comments?
