I recommend a lot of books to friends, and lot being able to link them to storygraph for details/content warnings/etc. I'd love to be able to create a recommended reading list (even using tags) that I could share as a list with others.

You can already use a tag to create a list! Head to the tag page, click the "Edit" link, then add a title and change the share level to "Public". Then, send them the link. Even those without a StoryGraph account can browse the list.
