Often, I'll add a book to my TBR and then promptly forget why. It would be great if "reading journal" was available once I mark a book "to read" so I can make myself a little note as to why and have it all in the same place. Tags are okay for doing this generically, like "Best of List" or "recommend", but I would like to make a more personal note to self like "recommended by Gloria when we discussed XYZ" or something like that.
