This is still the #1 feature I miss from Goodreads. I really, really want to know what new books are coming - or even have just been published by - authors whose books I've rated highly. My social network just isn't big enough for me to discover these books on my own!

Now that we have push notifications (Yeyyy) it would be awesome to get a notification saying it is the publication date of a book I previously added as to read.

I would really love this and this is the way I thought it might have already existed, so I think it would be a pretty intuitive way to include the feature! I also really struggle to find upcoming releases that suit my tastes, especially because certain genres tend to dominate the 'popular new releases' lists elsewhere so it can be hard to find a variety of titles without some serious research/sleuthing!

I would love “coming soon” recommendations that are similar to books I have read or are on my TBR, or authors I have read. Currently I spend a lot of time looking at other sites to see what’s coming out, and then tracking release date by tag. I’d love if StoryGraph could make that easier.

I would love to see a monthly newsletter telling me which books are coming out next month that I want to read!

I would really love an email when a new book is out from an author I enjoyed (4 stars and up on a past review). Also, a notification when a book on your to-read list is released.

Would love if something in this feature allowed you to mark interested for a series so you knew when the next one was out. I just found out a series in reading won't finish until summer next year - I'd love for the app to remind me when series books are coming out or if I want to keep track of author releases.

It would be awesome to get notifications if an authour was announced a new book. Maybe like being able to follow an authour and get updates on when a new book is coming out or if a release date has changed?
